Get Cookin’ this Spring

Thanks to everyone who came out for a morning of learning, tasting and growing together. On Saturday, June 16th we harvested fresh veggies and prepared an authentic Asian-themed farm-to-table lunch. Using veggies grown on the farm we whipped up crunchy salad rolls with two kinds of sauce, tropical green smoothies and our spiralizer turned summer squash into a tasty “noodle” salad.
