Founders’ Harvest Dinner

Join James Beard Award-winning chef and Sauvie Island Center co-founder Cory Schreiber for a fall flavor extravaganza. Using locally-sourced ingredients, including produce from the Sauvie Island Center’s own Grow Lunch Garden, Cory will present a three course meal showcasing the flavors of the fall harvest. Check out the menu below! Each course will be paired with wine from Maison Noire, a Yamhill Valley favorite. Tickets are just $100 and include wine pairing.  Get yours before they sell out.
